About Capital

The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.

The Capital Region of the United States Pony Clubs, Inc. is located in the Washington, DC Maryland Suburbs and the Greencastle, Pennsylvania area.  Our region includes three clubs and five centers in Montgomery, Frederick, Carroll, and Washington Counties in Maryland and Greencastle Pennsylvania.  With over 130 members we provide a combination of both education and competition activities to assist our youth and adult members in achieving their goals in both riding and horsemanship.
